Product Overview
Our Flat Roof Kit provides everything you need to install a professional-quality EPDM rubber roof on a small extension, garage, garden room, or similar flat roof project. Supplied as a complete system, the kit includes the Elevate RubberCover EPDM membrane, along with the correct amount of adhesives, trims, and flashing to finish the job to manufacturer standards.

What’s Included
Each kit can be supplied with:

Elevate RubberCover EPDM Membrane (1.14 mm) – pre-cut to your chosen size

Water-Based Adhesive (WBA) – for bonding to the main roof deck

Bonding Adhesive (BA-2012) – for perimeter edges and upstands
-
EPDM Wall Trim Flashing – for secure termination at adjoining walls
-
EPDM Gutter Drip Trim – for clean roof edge detail over gutters
-
Fixings & Sealants – correct number of screws, washers, and UPVC Foam Tape (7.5m x 12mm) for the chosen size
